This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the Compassionates.com LLC website powered by WordPress and WooCommerce. For the remainder of this document this will be referred to simply as “the Site”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. 

How do we use your personal information? 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we may use this Order Information to:

– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use WordPress and WooCommerce to power our online store and they need certain information to complete your request. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site and how we can improve your shopping experience. To put all of that simply, we share your data when it’s required by law or when necessary to provide you with a good shopping experience. We do not share your data with third parties for the sole purpose of extended marketing.

As described above, we may use your Personal Information through third party vendors to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless. We do not process payments directly so your payment information and records are not stored on our site. Please check with the provider of the payment method you used for more information on what they store and how they safeguard your information.

Changes 

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
