Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us before returning any items to ensure proper handling and credit.

Most items are returnable within 10 days of delivery. Processing and shipping times are not counted towards your return window. If it’s been more than 10 days since you received your item we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all product tags still attached, if applicable.

Some types of products are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on monogrammed or other personalized products, or on items for a specific event if that event has already arrived (ie: Christmas items returned on or after Dec. 23rd will not be accepted)

Additional non-returnable items include:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable or digital products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly, we will take care of this for you.

Sale and Clearance Items 
Most items purchased on sale can still be returned, but clearance items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Any item marked as a gift when purchased is not returnable by the gift receiver. Only the original purchaser can request the return.

As a courtesy, the receiver of a gift can request an exchange for damaged or defective items, or an exchange for size or color as stated below.

Damaged or Defective Items 
We will return or replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with your purchase information and reason for requesting an exchange, and we will respond with more information.

Please do not post negative reviews for damaged or defective items since these situations are generally out of our control. Contact us and we will make it right.

Exchanges for Size or Color 
We will exchange clothing items for a different size or color, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs of replacing your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the status of your request. If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Situations where refunds are denied, or only partial refunds are granted include, but are not limited to:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition.
  • Any item that has been washed or used and is no longer sellable.
  • Any item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned outside of the return window.
  • Any item returned prior to receiving a return confirmation from us.
  • Returns that are deemed to be abusive (ie: ordering the same item in 5 colors with the intention of returning 4 of them)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased with free shipping may incur an additional refund deduction to cover the original shipping costs. It will be determined during the pre-return process if this is necessary.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 21 days please begin by contacting your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund after 21 days, please contact us and we will work with you to get it resolved.

Once your return has been approved you will be provided with a shipping address and details.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Exceptions may apply if the return is for a damaged or defective item. This will be determined during the pre-return process.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without these and we cannot issue any returns if we don’t receive your item.
